The Problem with One-Size-Fits-All Therapy
Is therapy becoming a checklist? Many families move from OT to ABA to Speech, seeing "progress" on paper but feeling a deep disconnect at home. Rigid protocols often address parts of the child, but they rarely support the whole human. As an OT for over 20 years, I’ve learned that the most complex kids don't need a stricter plan—they need an integrated one that honors their nervous system. Let’s move past "one-size-fits-all" and start seeing the child in front of us.
