SUPPLEMENTAL PRIVACY & LEGAL PROTECTION ADDENDUM
This Addendum supplements the Sensory Play Privacy Policy and forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, this Addendum shall control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. NO FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates a fiduciary, confidential, therapist-client, doctor-patient, or special relationship between you and Sensory Play or Dr. Shelley Margow.
Your use of the App is voluntary, and you remain solely responsible for the information you choose to share.
14. ENHANCED MEDICAL & HEALTH DATA DISCLAIMER
Sensory Play is an educational platform and not a healthcare provider.
We do not:
• Diagnose medical conditions
• Provide therapy or treatment
• Collect medical records intentionally
• Store Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA
If you voluntarily submit health-related information through support forms or communications, you acknowledge:
• Such submissions are at your discretion
• The App is not a secure medical portal

Users are advised not to upload sensitive medical documentation through the App.
15. DATA BREACH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we implement commercially reasonable security safeguards, no electronic system is completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

16. NO GUARANTEE OF PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
Access may be suspended or interrupted due to:

• Hosting disruptions
• Technical failures
• Security incidents
We are not liable for temporary service disruptions.
17. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Sensory Play does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals due to the lack of a consistent industry standard.
18. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
